Process Server
As legal process servers we deliver (or serve) legal documents to a defendant or an individual involved in a court case.  We serve the documents in accordance with the legislation in the area of service.  This may mean handing the documents to the defendant personally or sub-serving to someone in the same household or business.  Once the documents are delivered, we will provide proof that the papers were served. 

As private process servers we are able to give your documents exclusive attention and get them served promptly so that your case can continue without the delay of waiting for service.  We can also file your papers with the courts, provide document retrieval and can perform any necessary skip tracing to find the person that you want served.

The hiring of a legal process server is an important step in proceeding with a court case and you should keep in mind that as process servers we are experienced in serving legal documents efficiently.  More importantly, we are knowledgeable of the legislation surrounding service of process in all Texas counties.  If service is not performed in accordance with the law, this can hinder your case from going forward or in some instances result in the dismissal of your case.
